Customers must inspect the product at the time of delivery. If there are any issues or if the product is not satisfactory, it can be returned immediately at the doorstep. No refunds will be provided; only vouchers will be issued.
If the customer is not available at the time of delivery, returns will not be accepted later. However, size and color exchanges can be requested. No refunds will be provided for these exchanges, only vouchers will be issued.
To request a size or color change, simply log in to your account, view the order using the Complete Orders link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail once we've processed your exchange request and issued the voucher.
